Cancellation Policy

Full Circle Farm & Courtney Trares have the following cancellation policy for lessons and events.

Lessons

72hrs notice will be entitled to full refund or rescheduling. 48hrs notice will be 50% charge or no charge if rescheduled within a week. 24hrs or less will be 100% charge or rescheduling within a week. If canceling due to emergency, suitable terms will be discussed privately. If horse is ill/lame, option of a horseless session will be given or session can be forwarded to when horse is better.

Clinics, Courses & Workshops

Clinics, courses, and workshops will only be canceled in the case of unexpected emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. If you are unable to attend an event you have signed up for there will be no penalty if your spot is filled from the wait-list or if you can fill your spot. If your spot can’t be filled from the wait-list and your cancellation notice is more than 2 weeks in advance of the event, the full event fee can be applied to another future event within 6 months of the original event. If cancellation notice is given less than 2 weeks ahead of the event, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining 50% can be applied to an event within the next 6 months. In the event of cancellation due to an emergency, full amount can be applied to future event within 6 months regardless of when cancellation notice is given.

Cancellation policies for visiting instructor events are set by the visiting instructor.
